About the Internship

FashionTV India is offering a paid legal internship for recent law graduates and final-year law students. This in-office opportunity is designed to provide interns with practical exposure to corporate, IP, and regulatory legal work in the media and fashion industry.

Format and Structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IP agreements
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, media, and intellectual property law
  • Prepare compliance checklists, legal memos, and case summaries
  • Support in workflow documentation, and identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate on regulatory filings, due diligence, and internal policy updates
  • Maintain and organize legal documents, agreements, and trackers
  • Coordinate with external counsel where needed

Location: FashionTV India Headquarters, Santacruz (West), Mumbai
Mode: In-Office (Full-time presence required)
Stipend: Performance-based remuneration
Duration: 2 Months

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
