Format and Structure
This is a paid, offline internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Selected interns will work from the firm’s office in Safdarjung, New Delhi. Interns will be assigned to different practice verticals based on availability and interest and will be expected to:
- Research legal provisions, precedents, and comparative legal frameworks.
- Draft contracts, legal notices, memorandums, and legal content under supervision.
- Assist with arbitration matters, corporate agreements, and regulatory advisory.
- Prepare summaries of statutes, case laws, and government circulars.
- Provide research and content support in client-facing projects.
- Review and analyze legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements, and other contracts.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on key action items.
