About the Internship

This is a paid, in-office internship opportunity designed for law students who are committed to pursuing a long-term career in litigation. The internship will offer hands-on legal experience through in-depth research, drafting, court exposure, and direct mentorship. Candidates are expected to stay for a minimum duration of 6 to 8 months, ensuring continuity and deep learning.

Eligibility

• Students currently in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated discipline, diligence, and eagerness to learn.
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Preference for long-term joiners with genuine interest in litigation.
• Immediate joiners from Mumbai or nearby areas will be given preference.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on matters involving arbitration, civil law, and corporate disputes.
• Assist in drafting case summaries, legal notices, agreements, and representations.
• Support in litigation documentation, such as petitions, replies, affidavits, and more.
• Attend and observe court proceedings, client conferences, and legal briefings.
• Assist in refining legal content and creating detailed legal reports.
• Prepare comprehensive research memos and present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with the legal team for administrative support, file management, and legal compliance tasks.
• Exposure to the working of contract law, company law, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
