Format and Structure

The internship will be conducted offline, and interns are required to work from the firm’s office in Juhu, Andheri, Mumbai. Daily responsibilities will span from legal research and drafting to physical court visits under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and summarizing statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and notices under supervision.
• Preparing case summaries, legal briefs, and assisting in compliance documentation.
• Visiting courts and tribunals to observe and document proceedings.
• Collaborating with the legal team on various ongoing client matters.
• Supporting the review and creation of internal and external legal agreements.

Performance will be evaluated on consistency, responsiveness, research accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
