About the Internship

HyperVerge is offering a Paid Legal Internship designed for law students who wish to gain hands-on exposure to corporate law, arbitration, and legal research in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

This opportunity allows interns to work closely with the in-house legal team on real-world assignments, from contract drafting to court assistance.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or above of an integrated 5-year law course.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
• Willingness to engage in research, drafting, and attending court proceedings as needed.

Responsibilities

Selected interns will be expected to:

• Research and draft representations to support legal changes.
• Assist with legal research, analysis, and case summaries.
• Contribute to projects while improving legal writing skills.
• Create and refine content focused on legal topics.
• Collaborate with the legal team, offering administrative and research support.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements under supervision.
• Gain practical exposure in corporate law, arbitration, and legal research methodologies.
