SheSR (She Speaks Research) is a collaborative platform that emphasizes gender-inclusive research, leadership, and dialogue. In partnership with NALSAR, SheSR seeks to amplify diverse voices and catalyze change through evidence-based discussions and initiatives.
This panel discussion aims to explore the theme of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) in India’s IT sector, with a particular focus on the lived experiences of women in professional spaces. The session will offer valuable insights into the practical implementation of DEI-related laws and organizational policies, and how these measures translate into real-world workplace inclusion.
