About the Opportunity

Obhan & Associates is hiring Paralegals to assist attorneys in handling trademark-related matters, including prosecution, clearance, legal research, and client correspondence. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in trademark law who are looking to work with a dynamic and prestigious firm.

Job Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of Indian and foreign trademark applications.
• Handling all aspects of trademark applications, including filings with the Indian Trademarks Office.
• Conducting preliminary trademark searches and drafting legal correspondence.
• Updating and maintaining daily dockets for clients.
• Following up on trademark application filings, prosecution, and other legal matters.
• Updating software databases and managing efficient and timely project delivery.
• Independently maintaining project trackers as per supervisor instructions.

• Location: New Delhi
• Mode: On-Site

Eligibility Criteria

• Position: Paralegal (Trademark Law)
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a trademark paralegal.
