About the Opportunity

L&T is hiring a Post Graduate Trainee (Legal) for its Mumbai office. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Legal Head (Mumbai) and handle a wide array of legal affairs related to projects, including contract management, litigation, compliance, and corporate advisory. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates seeking exposure to legal matters in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing legal matters related to projects, including civil and criminal disputes.
• Representing the company in Courts, Maha-RERA, Appellate Tribunals, and Government Authorities.
• Drafting and reviewing agreements such as Agreements for Sale, Lease Agreements, Sale Deeds, and NDAs.
• Handling customer legal queries and drafting replies.
• Assisting in legal compliance and risk assessment for procurement & contract-related matters.
• Preparing periodic legal reports and MIS updates for the Legal Head.
• Addressing any additional assignments as directed by the Legal Head.
