The diploma consists of four papers, each focused on core areas of legal theory and child rights practice:

  • Paper I: Legal Foundations and the Indian Legal System
  • Paper II: Policy and Legal Framework on Child Rights
  • Paper III: Rights to Survival and Development (Health & Education)
  • Paper IV: Protection Rights – Juvenile Justice, Labor, Abuse & Trafficking
