About the Event

This one-year Postgraduate Diploma in Consumer Law and Practice (PGDCLP) is designed to offer comprehensive knowledge of consumer rights, business liability, and effective dispute resolution. Introduced in 2011, the course is ideal for professionals across sectors—businesses, service providers, legal consultants, consumer rights advocates, and policy researchers—who interact directly or indirectly with consumers.

The PGDCLP blends academic rigour with real-world application, covering service deficiencies, rights in e-commerce, and redressal mechanisms. It also builds proficiency in ADR systems like arbitration, mediation, and conciliation, empowering participants to resolve consumer disputes effectively and fairly.

Format and Structure
