About the Opportunity

Acuity Knowledge Partners is seeking applications for the role of Process Leader – Legal Support at its Gurgaon office. This is a mid-senior level, full-time legal position reporting to the Senior Director – Legal. The selected candidate will work on global contractual and legal support, handling complex commercial transactions and internal legal matters with cross-functional teams.

Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal and contractual support to business units globally.
• Draft and negotiate contracts: MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, LOIs, and other legal instruments.
• Work closely with Sales, BD, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams for contract-related matters.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Support RFPs, policy implementation, and internal legal advisories.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law degree from a top-tier Indian university.
• 10–12 years of PQE with leading law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with Indian laws; exposure to UK/US legal systems preferred.
• Ability to independently handle stakeholders and commercial discussions.
• Experience with contract management tools (Salesforce, Ariba) is a plus.
