About the Opportunity

Agraa Legal is expanding its Real Estate Practice and is inviting applications for the position of Real Estate Associates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This role offers hands-on exposure to high-value real estate transactions and title due diligence work, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals aiming to build expertise in property law.

Event Dates

Format/Structure

Selected associates will:

• Conduct title due diligence and prepare title reports.
• Draft key legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, and Joint Development Agreements.
• Assist in client meetings, negotiations, and provide legal opinions.
• Research statutes such as RERA, Karnataka Land Reforms Act, and more.

Bangalore, Karnataka (In-Office)

Additional Details

Eligibility & Requirements:

• LL.B. with 2–4 years PQE in property/real estate law.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English (reading and writing) is mandatory.
• Strong command over:
  • Transfer of Property Act
  • Indian Contract Act
  • Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA)
  • Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, and Stamp & Registration laws.
