Key Responsibilities

The Law Researcher will be expected to:

  • Draft legal documents including orders, judgments, and legal reports under the supervision of the Hon’ble Judge.

Eligibility Criteria

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
  • Prior experience in legal research, litigation, or judicial clerkship (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to summarize and interpret complex legal issues.
  • Excellent drafting and writing abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Location

The position is based at the High Court of Delhi, New Delhi, requiring full-time in-office engagement.
