Russian Women in Arbitration (RWA), in collaboration with Kucher Kuleshov Maximenko & Partners (KKMP) and Lansky, Ganzger, Goeth & Partner (LGP Lawyers), is committed to strengthening gender equality and promoting female leadership in international arbitration. Format and Structure

Applicants are required to submit the following documents in Russian:

• CV (with educational, professional, and extracurricular background).
• Motivation Letter (max 700 words) explaining interest in arbitration and how the scholarship will assist in achieving career goals.
• Mini-Research Paper (up to 25,000 characters including spaces) on any relevant theme relating to gender, ethnic, or cultural diversity in arbitration.

The mini-research may take academic or practical form, e.g., policy proposals, drafts of arbitration clauses, or prototype IT solutions addressing diversity gaps. Any additional attachments (e.g., appendices, prototypes) are welcome but will not count toward the word limit.
