About the Role

Provakil is inviting applications for the position of Senior Legal Associate at its Pune office. This hybrid role is ideal for experienced legal professionals with a strong background in contract management and contract abstraction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent data classification, extraction, and team management skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with clients and deliver detailed legal reports. Applicants with over 5 years of relevant experience and qualifications in LLB/LLM are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Baner, Pune. Candidates will be required to:

• Lead contract abstraction and management operations.
• Handle customer interactions and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage data extraction, classification, and contract migration.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior associates.

Baner, Pune – Hybrid mode (combination of remote and in-office work).
