About the Position

KLDiscovery is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Document Review Specialist to join their Managed Review Services team. This role, which offers a remote work opportunity, involves reviewing documents to ensure adherence to processes and procedures, executing quality assurance (QA), troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with team members to meet review objectives. The position reports to Review Managers and Senior Review Managers, and involves working with various eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, and Nuix.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and Execute QA Strategy: Ensure that the quality assurance (QA) process meets required standards.
• Review Documents: Evaluate documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.
• Provide Feedback: Assess first-level review decisions and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist Team Leads: Work closely with Team Leads to examine documents and assist with related tasks.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide support in resolving technical issues related to the document review platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of document review experience.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, Everlaw, and Nuix.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills for document review software.
  • Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) is an advantage.
