Experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in working across legal databases and Microsoft Office

- Review, draft, and manage employment-related agreements
- Respond to and handle unemployment insurance claims and workers’ comp cases
- Assist in vendor and client contract lifecycle
- Act as liaison with state agencies in the U.S. for legal requirements
- Ensure legal compliance with both internal policies and external U.S. regulations
