About the Internship

The internship provides law students with practical exposure to legal issues surrounding real estate, corporate laws, and litigation. The selected intern(s) will assist the legal team in research, drafting, compliance checks, and preparing briefs for senior advocates.

Format and Structure

The internship is open for both in-person (preferred) at the Gurgaon head office and remote candidates. The work will include:

• Preparing research notes and compliance checklists
• Studying and updating laws/byelaws applicable to housing
• Briefing High Court and Supreme Court counsel
• Drafting legal documents related to RERA, IBC, SARFAESI, environmental and township policy matters
