About the Role

We are currently looking for an SME Intern in Law to help develop content for the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Course. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates or professionals interested in corporate law, specifically mergers and acquisitions, to contribute to building educational content that will prepare students for careers in the legal and financial sectors. The role involves researching ongoing M&A activities, creating engaging content, and working closely with the education team to ensure the material aligns with student learning objectives.

As an SME Intern specializing in M&A, you will be responsible for developing course material that is both informative and accessible, ensuring that students are fully prepared to tackle M&A-related topics in their examinations and professional careers. Key Responsibilities:
