About the Organization
The Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR) is India’s pioneering non-governmental research organization exclusively devoted to Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). Operating under the Naovina Development of Intellectual Property and Research Foundation, CDIPR is committed to promoting innovation, IP education, and policy development across India and South Asia. With a vibrant network of over 12,300 global academicians and 2,200+ members, it is a hub of interdisciplinary collaboration and thought leadership in IPR.
About the Event
The South Asian Technology Law Conclave 2025, hosted by CDIPR in collaboration with the Future of Life Institute (FLI) and Cambridge – Teachers of Tomorrow, is the flagship event under the 2nd South Asian Global Intellectual Property Summit 2025. It aims to explore the dynamic intersection of technology, policy, ethics, and law in the rapidly transforming digital ecosystem of South Asia.
With its theme, “Navigating the Future: Technology Law and Policy for a Digital South Asia,” the conclave brings together legal experts, technologists, scholars, and policy leaders to foster legal harmonization and build frameworks grounded in human rights, equity, and digital sovereignty.
