  • Full Paper: 3,000-5,000 words (excluding footnotes).
  • Citation Style: Bluebook 20th Edition.
  • Formatting: Times New Roman, size 12, spacing 1.5; Footnotes in size 10, single-spaced.
  • Co-Authorship: Maximum of two authors per paper.
  • Plagiarism: Must be below 10%.
