About the Organisers

Law Mantra Trust is a registered not-for-profit organization committed to enhancing legal academics and awareness. It brings together jurists, academicians, and practitioners to focus on alternative dispute resolution, gender justice, and legal empowerment.

Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, established in 2006 under the CNLU Act, offers premier legal education in Bihar. Recognized by the UGC and with modern infrastructure, CNLU promotes legal research, legal aid programs, and student engagement in real-world advocacy.

Department of Law, Central University of Haryana was founded in 2009 and offers LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. programs. Accredited with an “A” grade by NAAC, the department emphasizes practical legal education, frequent court visits, and updated curricula.

The Two-Day International Seminar on “Protection of Women and Children Rights” is designed to promote scholarly discussions and actionable policy recommendations to enhance legal protections and social empowerment for women and children. With national and international speakers, this seminar offers a forum for lawyers, students, academics, and professionals to share insights and propose reforms.

Q2: Can I submit a paper with a co-author?
A: Yes, but both authors must register and pay the applicable fee separately.

Q3: Will there be publication opportunities?
A: Yes, selected papers will be published in a book with ISBN.

Q4: What are the word limits for submissions?
A: Final paper must be between 4,000–10,000 words including footnotes.

Q5: Is participation certificate provided?
A: Yes, all registered participants will receive a certificate.
