About the Organizer – Centre for IP Studies (CIPS):
CIPS at NLUJ is a center of academic excellence focusing on intellectual property research. Led by Mr. Arunabha Bannerjee, Executive Director, and supported by faculty advisor Ms. Kanika Dhingra, CIPS engages in community outreach to raise awareness about Intellectual Property. The center initiates activities, courses, and programs to promote research in Intellectual Property Rights.

The webinar aims to promote research and studies in Intellectual Property Rights. Three sessions are scheduled:
1. Session 1 (10 AM – 12 PM): Competition Law and Patents
2. Session 2 (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM): Biotech and Patents
3. Session 3 (2:30 PM – 4:15 PM): Dispute Resolution and Patents
Eligibility:
Open to students pursuing law or science/technology-based courses, academicians, and industry professionals. E-certificates will be awarded to participants attending all three sessions.
