UNSW Law & Justice invites papers for the 2025 Legal Education Research Conference (LERC), themed around the challenge of the crowded curriculum in modern legal education. Legal educators today must balance traditional legal doctrines with emergent fields, skills training, technology, and values-based instruction—all in a rapidly evolving legal and professional environment.

This conference aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, and innovators in legal education to discuss how law schools can adapt their curricula to prepare graduates for the future, without compromising depth and pedagogical quality.
