About the Internship

Vidhik Sahayata Law Firm is urgently looking to onboard a law intern for assessment with immediate joining at its Noida office. This in-office internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in a wide array of legal documentation, contract drafting, and legal writing assignments.

Interns will be exposed to tasks that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, and will work closely with practicing advocates and legal professionals at the firm.

Format and Structure

This is a full-time in-office internship opportunity. Selected candidates will engage in:

• Contract Drafting & Legal Research
• Drafting Marketing Proposals and Articles
• Creating Affidavits and Legal Content
• Drafting Rent Agreements, NDAs, and IPR Documentation
• Drafting corporate legal documents like:
  • Articles of Association (AoA)
  • Memorandum of Association (MoA)
• Drafting Public Law Litigation such as:
  • Writ Petitions
  • Public Interest Litigations (PILs)

The internship involves exposure to both litigation support and legal advisory functions. Assignments will be supervised by in-house counsel and senior associates.
