Key Responsibilities:

As a US Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, complaints, and appellate briefs, with precision and attention to detail.
• Client Filing Assistance: Support the filing of forms and applications on behalf of US-based clients, ensuring compliance with the relevant legal processes.
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to support case development, assist in case preparation, and provide strategic recommendations based on your findings.
• Collaboration with Legal Teams: Work closely with senior lawyers and other team members to strategize and refine case approaches, ensuring the highest standard of legal service.
