Event Timings and Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Trial Court Advocacy: Represent clients in Trial Courts, District Courts, High Courts, and other forums, delivering effective arguments and presenting compelling cases.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, preparing detailed notes and legal briefs.
• Drafting Legal Documents: Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, affidavits, and other court submissions.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their legal needs, and provide comprehensive legal advice related to criminal law cases.
• Case Management: Efficiently manage case files, prepare for hearings, and maintain regular updates on the progress of ongoing cases.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in trial court practice is required. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in handling cases across various courts, including District Courts, High Courts, and other specialized forums such as PMLA, DRT, DRAT, and NCLT.
• Knowledge: Strong command over procedural law and an in-depth understanding of criminal law principles.
