Format/Structure
Responsibilities:
- Structuring transactions
- Drafting & negotiating: Term Sheets, SSAs, SPAs, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founder Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOPs, Advisory Stock plans, etc.
- Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups
- Managing closing formalities for transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience handling VC transactions independently
- Law firm experience is mandatory
