Format/Structure

Responsibilities:

• Structuring transactions
• Drafting & negotiating: Term Sheets, SSAs, SPAs, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founder Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOPs, Advisory Stock plans, etc.
• Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups
• Managing closing formalities for transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience handling VC transactions independently
• Law firm experience is mandatory
