About the Organizers

The Centre for Family Law and the Clinics Committee at the School of Law, Bennett University, in collaboration with V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, are hosting an impactful workshop to raise awareness and foster sensitization on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.

Led by Prof. Pradeep Kulshreshtha and Dr. Khushboo Natholia, this workshop aims to equip participants with knowledge about workplace safety and legal safeguards under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013.
