Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla (HPNLU) is a reputed law university established in 2016. It offers integrated undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in law. Known for its scenic location and academic excellence, HPNLU has been instrumental in producing legal scholars and fostering interdisciplinary legal research. The Professional Training Cell (formerly Centre for Human Resource Development) at HPNLU organizes workshops, conferences, and seminars focusing on legal skills, research methodology, and human resource development.
This one-week workshop aims to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Research Methodology, with hands-on sessions in SPSS and AMOS (Structural Equation Modelling). The workshop includes training on statistical analysis, ethical research practices, research design, and academic publishing strategies. It also invites research papers on SEM and AMOS applications in the field of Human Resource Development (HRD).
