About the Internship

AXISCADES is currently seeking driven 4th- and 5th-year law students for a Legal Internship position, offering hands-on exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), contract drafting, legal research, and much more. As a legal intern, you will:

• CLM Implementation: Assist in managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth processing and compliance.
• Contract Drafting: Support the setup and detailed review of contracts.
• Process Development: Contribute to the creation of efficient workflows for document management.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on legal trends, compliance, and relevant regulations.
• Departmental Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk, Delivery, and Compliance.
