The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (CBCL) is a “Centre for Excellence” established in 2008 at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. CBCL aims to foster an in-depth understanding of corporate and business laws, promoting a culture of commercial awareness among students. Through initiatives like the NLIU Journal of Business Laws (JBL), CBCL provides a platform for discussions and scholarship in corporate and business laws.
The NLIU Journal of Business Laws Vol. VI, 2024, invites submissions on a wide range of topics in business law. The journal is a prestigious platform for legal professionals, academicians, and students to publish research in corporate and commercial law.
