Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), a leading law institution in Raipur, India, is organizing this call for papers on Intellectual Property (IP) and its role in international trade. The event invites submissions for an edited book project titled India’s Intellectual Property Diplomacy in International Trade. This project focuses on India’s IP and trade diplomacy, highlighting its engagement with international organizations like the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). The book aims to explore India’s IP strategy in a global context, especially as the nation positions itself as a representative of the Global South while pursuing its vision of “Viksit Bharat” by 2047.
