Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies.
Ensure NPST’s adherence to regulatory standards and manage audits and investigations.
Identify key risks, assess, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee policy development, crisis management, and business continuity.
Provide compliance and risk-related insights to stakeholders, and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, risk management, or related fields. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRMA, CISA) preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, software, BFSI, banking, or fintech industries.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance.

Location and Work Arrangements

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, or Noida
Work Arrangement: 5 days working from the office
