About the Position:
The company is currently inviting applications for the role of CS & Legal professional, ideally suited for individuals with over 7 years of experience. This multifaceted position combines legal expertise with company secretarial responsibilities, focusing on compliance and legal matters essential for organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and review a wide array of commercial contracts, including Business Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and Joint Ventures Agreements. The role involves ensuring that all contracts are legally sound and beneficial for the company.
• General Business Agreements: Handle various general business agreements, including sourcing and procurement agreements. Provide HR advisory services, particularly concerning employment laws.
• Intellectual Property Management: Manage all aspects related to Intellectual Property Rights, including drafting and reviewing notices of opposition, legal notices, and litigation matters.
• Corporate Secretarial Duties: Independently manage all corporate secretarial functions for private limited companies. This includes organizing and overseeing board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
• Litigation Management: Initiate, defend, and settle claims while monitoring compliance with claims policies. The role also involves managing ongoing litigation and arbitration proceedings to minimize risk exposure for the company.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) and Company Secretary qualification, preferably from a National Law University.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a multinational corporate environment, with a focus on legal and compliance issues.
• In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act 2013, FEMA, IPR Laws, and commercial transactions is essential.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
