About the Event

The GNLU International Conference on Business, Law & Public Policy (GICBLP ’25) is organized by the GNLU Centre for Business & Public Policy (GCBPP). The conference promotes scholarly dialogue on contemporary issues in business law, finance, and public policy. Supported by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., this event will explore themes like mergers and acquisitions, fintech innovations, securities regulations, taxation, and more.

Event Themes

Participants can submit analytical and innovative research papers on topics such as:

• Laws on mergers and acquisitions
• Sustainable finance and ESG
• White-collar crime
• Taxation and public policy considerations
• Role of green and blue bonds in sustainability projects

Submission Guidelines

• Word limit: 3,000–5,000 words (excluding footnotes).
• Citation: APA/OSCOLA format.
• Co-authorship (up to 2 authors) allowed.
• Papers must be original, with a similarity index below 10%.
• Submissions should include an abstract (max. 500 words) and 5 keywords.

Awards

• Best Paper: ₹25,000 + Internship opportunity at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
• Runners-up: ₹15,000 and ₹10,000 for the first and second runners-up respectively.
