The position of Head of Corporate Commercial is a senior leadership role in KARM Legal’s Dubai office. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the role involves leading and growing the Corporate Commercial practice group. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate Commercial practice group.
• Drive high-value corporate transactions and lead strategic negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and commercial matters.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on technology-driven industries.
• Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives by publishing articles and participating in conferences.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing legal team, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with UAE business laws and regulations while navigating complex legal challenges.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on Corporate/Commercial Law.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of legal experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in technology-driven sectors.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong expertise in UAE business laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle technology-related legal matters.
