About the Internship

The Legal Internship at Shubhashray Housing India offers aspiring law professionals the chance to gain valuable experience in real estate law, corporate regulations, and various allied legal areas. The position is flexible, offering both in-person work at the Gurgaon headquarters or remote working options. Interns will engage in legal research, document drafting, and case preparation, focusing on real estate transactions, RERA compliance, corporate and environmental regulations, and high court and supreme court briefing.

• Duration: 1–3 months

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and Legal Documentation
   • Conduct in-depth legal research on real estate laws, RERA compliance, township policies, environmental clearances, labour cess acts, and other relevant laws.
   • Draft research notes, collate relevant documents, and prepare updates on applicable bylaws and regulations.
2. Preparation of Legal Briefs for Senior Counsels
   • Prepare briefs, case summaries, lists of dates, and other essential documents for high court and supreme court counsels, as required by the legal team.
   • Assist in obtaining opinions from senior and external legal counsels on complex legal matters.
3. Regulatory Compliance
   • Review and update bylaws, township policies, environmental clearances, and building bye-laws to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

• Education: Pursuing or completed a BA LLB or equivalent course (3 or 5 years) from a recognized university.
• Skills:
