About the Internship
Unacademy’s Legal Department is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support regulatory compliance and legal processes within the ed-tech landscape. This on-site internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal documentation, compliance monitoring, and regulatory analysis for a dynamic ed-tech organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and organize legal documents and contracts.
• Research and analyze laws, regulations, and policies impacting the ed-tech industry.
• Monitor changes in legal requirements and assess potential impacts on company operations.
• Assist the legal team in conducting internal audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain compliance records and prepare periodic reports.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
• Manage compliance databases and track regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with corporate law and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Location
This is an on-site internship at Unacademy’s Bengaluru office.
