Responsibilities

1. Draft and review agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and MOUs.
2. Assist in due diligence and corporate advisory work.
3. Provide legal support for transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
4. Conduct research and prepare legal opinions on corporate law matters.
5. Collaborate with the team for seamless client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
