Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Compliance:
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs to adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and recommend appropriate actions.
- Document Drafting and Review:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
- Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Company Secretarial Support:
- Prepare for and coordinate board and general meetings.
- Handle statutory filings, maintain corporate governance records, and update relevant statutory books and registers.
- Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues and prepare summaries and reports.
- Provide analytical support for informed decision-making.
- Administrative and Organizational Support:
- Organize meetings, manage correspondence, and support the legal team in day-to-day tasks.
- Prioritize workloads and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in corporate law or related legal fields.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in drafting clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong research and analysis capabilities using legal tools and software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
