About the Opportunity
The position involves ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the organization, managing documentation processes, addressing business lapses, and contributing to a strong audit framework. This role demands a proactive approach in dispute resolution and a strong commitment to regulatory updates.

Responsibilities

• Identifying lapses in business and operations for legal and compliance issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal/regulatory requirements are met.
• Reviewing standard documentation and addressing deficiencies.
• Planning, executing, and reporting audits.
• Handling complaints and disputes in coordination with relevant teams.
• Staying updated with changes in laws and regulations.
• Traveling on short notice for organizational needs.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or Law Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 8-10 years PQE, including 5+ years in Banking/Financial industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on clarity and perseverance.

Pune Corporate Office – PTP, Maharashtra.
