About the Internship
Apollo AyurVAID is offering a Legal Analyst Internship designed for individuals passionate about healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and the burgeoning field of Ayurveda. The selected intern will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and building a robust legal framework for AyurVAID’s products and services. This 6-month internship provides a hands-on experience in the field of legal compliance and healthcare regulation, with an emphasis on the unique requirements within the Ayurveda/Ayush sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Legal Framework Review and Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing legal frameworks for Ayurveda and Ayush products, ensuring that all products and services meet regulatory standards.
- Evaluate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to maintain compliance with industry-specific requirements, particularly in alternative healthcare.
- Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
- Understand and analyze key regulatory requirements governing AyurVAID’s services, including NABH and JCI standards.
- Review AyurVAID’s operational processes across all centers to identify compliance gaps and monitor regulatory adherence.
- Action Plan Development
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to build a structured action plan aimed at achieving 100% regulatory compliance across all AyurVAID centers.
- Develop detailed reports and recommendations for implementing regulatory standards effectively, addressing any gaps found in current practices.
- Suggesting Regulatory Framework Improvements
- Provide insights into the regulatory landscape within the Ayurveda and Ayush sectors, suggesting necessary updates to ensure AyurVAID’s continuous compliance with evolving laws and guidelines.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline compliance and address potential regulatory risks, helping AyurVAID remain at the forefront of legal compliance in Ayurveda.
