   • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing legal frameworks for Ayurveda and Ayush products, ensuring that all products and services meet regulatory standards.

2. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
   • Understand and analyze key regulatory requirements governing AyurVAID’s services, including NABH and JCI standards.
   • Review AyurVAID’s operational processes across all centers to identify compliance gaps and monitor regulatory adherence.
3. Action Plan Development
   • Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to build a structured action plan aimed at achieving 100% regulatory compliance across all AyurVAID centers.
   • Develop detailed reports and recommendations for implementing regulatory standards effectively, addressing any gaps found in current practices.
4. Suggesting Regulatory Framework Improvements
   • Provide insights into the regulatory landscape within the Ayurveda and Ayush sectors, suggesting necessary updates to ensure AyurVAID’s continuous compliance with evolving laws and guidelines.
