Position Overview: Legal Associate – Corporate
The Legal Associate will play a critical role in Altacit Global’s Corporate Law division, offering legal advice and support to clients on complex corporate matters. The associate will work on tasks such as contract drafting, legal research, and due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property registration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents with precision to ensure compliance with legal requirements and client objectives.
• Conducting legal research to support case preparation and advising clients on various legal matters.
• Managing due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and business transfers.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including technology licensing, distribution, non-disclosure agreements, and business contracts.
• Representing clients in court, if necessary, and handling high-profile, complex legal cases.
• Collaborating with senior legal professionals and mentoring junior associates.
• Ensuring that all contracts and agreements are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
