Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.

• Assist in dispute resolution, including arbitration and compliance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
  • A Master’s degree in Environmental or Energy Laws is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of professional legal experience, preferably in sectors such as energy, environment, or corporate law.
• Skills:
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Indian and International laws related to energy, climate, and sustainability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
