About the Role

Quantiphi is hiring a Legal Executive to support its legal operations, focusing on contract management, compliance, M&A support, and legal advisory services. This position provides a unique opportunity to work on cross-border legal issues in a fast-paced, global technology-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-researched legal advice on contractual disputes, employment queries, and compliance issues across jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, and Statements of Work.
• Conduct due diligence to support M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, sales, HR, and finance, to protect the company’s interests.
• Assist in the implementation of internal policies and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in applicable laws and create training materials for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in commercial contracts, legal research, or regulatory compliance.
• Education: Law degree from a reputed university.
• Skills:
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools (PracLaw, Manupatra, Westlaw).
  • Familiarity with employment laws and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset to work in a fast-paced environment.
