About the Internship

A motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern is needed to join the team at ClaimChase. The intern will assist in handling insurance-related matters and help clients resolve disputes efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting the team to ensure claims are managed smoothly and providing reassurance to policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving insurance claim disputes through legal research and direct negotiation.
• Provide consistent legal support for policyholders’ claims.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs, and assist senior advocates during hearings.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Location

The internship will take place at the ClaimChase office located in Thane, Maharashtra. The office is easily accessible and equipped with modern facilities to provide a conducive working environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution, preferably in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.
• An empathetic approach toward clients, especially during stressful claims processes.
• Prior internships in the insurance industry are a plus.
