About the Internship
Centre 4 POSH is seeking enthusiastic and motivated legal interns to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the legal aspects of workplace harassment prevention, redressal, and compliance. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal associates and gain valuable insights into both legal documentation and court-related work. This role is ideal for law students interested in exploring employment law, compliance, and legal technology.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting senior associates in legal documentation and research.
• Completing various assignments and daily tasks as directed by the team.
• Visiting courts and other departments for necessary legal processes.
• Supporting the development of training modules aligned with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act.
• Engaging in discussions on compliance, redressal, and harassment prevention strategies for different organizational contexts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word.
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Current law student or recent graduate.
• Basic understanding of workplace harassment laws and compliance practices.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
